Repeat Prescriptions

These are for medicines that you take regularly.

If possible, please request your prescription on line - please click on the link above.

New users to the online system are required to complete a simple registration. Click here for more information.

Alternatively, use the repeat prescription slip provided to re-order, which can be placed in the repeat prescription box at the surgery, or posted to us. The Practice does not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Please order your repeat medicines well before you run out and allow 3 working days for your repeat prescription to be processed.

The surgery also provides EPS - Electronic Prescribing service'. You may nominate a pharmacy and we can send your prescription electronically so you can collect directly from the pharmacy. Please ask at reception for further details.

If you run out of medication when we are closed then you can obtain a small emergency supply by either taking your existing drugs to a pharmacy or by contacting NHS 111.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
