Getting through

The surgery receives much feedback on frustrations in being able to get through first thing in the morning.  The surgery has 3 receptionists answering phones from 8am in the morning to help patients.  Please, if you do not want an appointment try and call after 10am when the lines are a little quieter. The surgery telephone system has been upgraded  with a view to easing congestion by notifying the caller where they are in the queue.

Request a Telephone Conversation

Some consultations can be carried out by a doctor or nurse over the telephone. The doctor or nurse will then advise on the best course of treatment - If the Doctor or Nurse decides the patient’s problem needs to be seen with face to face they will book an appointment. All appointments are of 10 minute duration.

Face to Face Consultation – on the day and pre bookable

A selection of face to face appointments are available at a variety of times across the week. Subject to availability these can also be booked on line with either a nurse or doctor.  Please register for patient access via our website to access online appointments
