01 November 2022 - Patient access to medical records

NHS Digital have planned changes from 1st November 2022 to enable patients to have full prospective (future access) to all their medical records including correspondence, coding and free text entries.  Patients presently already have access to their entire medical record by means or a subject access request (SAR). Please apply to the practice to gain access to your records by emailing the surgery.  A clinician will review your request and a decision will be provided within 28 days of your request.
